Annual Fire Inspections

Its that time of year again, time for the fire alarm inspections. The Lisle-Woodridge Fire Department has made it mandatory that all units have their smoke detectors checked for sensitivity. This testing will be done at the same time as the fire alarm inspections to save all Owners from having to make their units available an additional time.

Please review the schedule below for your building. Any Owner who is currently renting their unit is responsible for providing this information to their tenants. Celtic will not be sending notifications to the renters. In addition, if your unit is currently vacant, you are still responsible to provide access.

If you are unable to be home, you may provide your key to the Board so that they can open your door and make sure that the unit is secured after the inspections. If you would like, you may also ask a family member or trusted neighbor to ensure that the unit is open and available.

These inspections are mandatory and there are no alternative dates. The Association has to pay for each scheduled appointment. Any Unit Owner who does not allow entry will be responsible to make another appointment and will be billed for the cost of that rescheduled appointment, up to a possible $400.00 charge. Annual Board Meeting – April 25, 2024

 The Trails of Abbeywood Condominium Association's Board of Directors have scheduled your annual Board meeting, followed by the election, to be held on Thursday, April 25th at 7:30 pm.  This meeting will be held via conference call. Kindly call (951)799-9798 no later than 7:30 pm if you would like to listen to or participate in the call. If you have any trouble dialing in, please text “Call Me” to the conference line number and you will automatically be joined to the call. As this is an election meeting, all Owners are urged to attend.

 If you are interested in running for a Board position, kindly complete the attached Call for Candidates form and return it to Celtic Property Management no later than April 11, 2024. You may include a brief write-up detailing why you would like to serve your Community along with your Call for Candidates paperwork. 2023 Sealcoating Notice – July 24th

Please be advised that Monday, July 24th , Maul Paving will be onsite to patch, sealcoat and re-stripe the entire parking lot.  On this day, there will be absolutely no parking allowed in the lot after 7:00 am.

Benedictine University has graciously offered the use of their parking lot to accommodate Abbeywood residents. please make sure to park your car at the university on Sunday evening, unless you leave for work prior to 6:45 am. no visitor parking will be available. Kindly contact any expected visitors and provide the university’s information.

Unfortunately, any vehicles remaining in the parking lot after 7:00 am will be towed at the owner’s expense.

The parking lot will be closed to all vehicle traffic for a minimum of 24 hours after the sealcoating is completed.   A rain date of Monday, July 27th have been given.
